My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, recognize your strengths, and develop healthier ways of coping.
When working with children and adolescents, I focus on creating trust and giving them space to express themselves in ways that feel comfortable and natural.
With adults, I provide space to understand your experiences, relationships, emotions, and patterns so you can begin making meaningful changes in your life.
A Little About Me
I’m a Master of Social Work graduate, a mother, and the daughter of Haitian parents. My own experiences have shaped my appreciation for the different stories, cultures, strengths, and challenges each person brings into therapy.
My goal is for therapy to be a place where you feel safe, seen, valued, and supported.

I am NOT paneled with insurances and unable to accept as insurances as a form of payment. I WILL provide clients with a SUPERBILL to be submitted to your insurances for reimbursements.
